Increased levels of hormones, such as estrogen and progesterone, can affect your mood and make you more prone to mood swings. Physical stress, the discomforts and changes your body goes through, can also impact your emotional state, contributing to feelings of frustration or vulnerability. Anticipation and anxiety, the excitement and worries about becoming a parent, along with changes in your lifestyle and relationships, can all stir up a mix of emotions. Managing mood swings Strategies for emotional balance Finding ways to manage mood swings is crucial for your emotional health. Here are some tips Open communication.
